Protect carpeting with this PP series carpet protector chair mat.
This carpet protector chair mat is made from durable polypropylene and is 100% PVC-free. It is environmetally friendly and does not emit any chemical gases as many PVC chair mats do. It is resistant to cracking, curling, scratching and yellowing.
This carpet protector also prevents office chairs from becoming stuck and enables you to freely move from task to task in your work environment. Carpeting will be protected from unpleasant spills and will remain untouched and undamaged by office furniture.
PP series carpet protectors are perfect for low, medium and deep pile carpets up to 15mm thick. They are not completely see-through but have a frosted/opaque effect (see pictures). If you are looking for highly transparent chair mats we recommend the PRO series product range for carpet flooring.

Whilst I think there's a time and a place for IKEA products, if you've tried the IKEA Kolon Floor Protector, priced at £18.99, you'll know exactly what I'm about to say - put your money towards a floor mat from www.floor-mats.co.uk.Value for Money Quality
No sooner had I laid the IKEA product down and sat on my chair just once this happened - crack. Followed by crack after crack after crack. After a week's use it looked like a smashed window.
I soon had to look for an new solution and floor-mats.co.uk provided it. I've got a 90x120cm PP Chair Mat and it's absolutely brilliant. It doesn't move, it doesn't damage the carpet and best of all, it effortlessly supports all 101kg of my weight together with my chair. Its frosted effect is attractive too.
A great service and a super product. Thoroughly recommended. -

Had others made from other plastic materials in the past, this is the best one yet, in that it had not started to crack after a months use (on carpet) Time will tell of course.Value for Money Quality
