Nice easy movement

We very much like this mat.  We asked advice of the Company before we purchased it as we had been having trouble with conventional plastic mats designed for use over carpet.  The mats dented which made moving the chair over them hard work!  We received good advice about the bamboo mat: its smooth surface is broken by the indentations of the slats so the chair resists slipping whilst easy movement is enhanced.  It is heavier than we expected, a little more expensive than some, but nice and durable and a very good buy.

Quality
We purchased two of these mats for use in our home to protect the our brand new wooden floor. The underside of the mats have cause significant damage to our floors - denting the floor and embedding fibers from the mats into the floor. They would probably be ok on carpet but not suitable for wooden floors as advertised. Do not buy these unless you want an expensive repair job to your floor. I've been liaising with this company for several months to try and sort this out, with no satisfactory outcome to date.
