Quality
When the wrong colour mat arrived, the company could not have acted better or quicker.  They replied fast to my emails, sorted out the problem and dispatch the correct colour quickly.  It is how a company reacts when things do not go right that is more important than anything else.  Well done Floormats, I will happily recommend you and use you again.

Quality
Perfect mat for my needs. I wanted one that was bigger than standard, and I wanted one this colour, to catch the mud off my cats' feet after a particularly wet and muddy winter. Website was easy to use and shipping quicker than expected. Thank you to all at floormats.co.uk!
