Can we agree on a delivery time?
All orders are dispatched with Parcelforce or UK Mail. Both delivery companies operate Monday - Saturday but do not deliver any products on Sundays.
It is not possible to agree on a delivery date with us as we dispatch all orders as soon as we receive them. It is, however, possible to agree on a delivery date with Parcelforce or UK Mail directly by contacting them on the number provided on their delivery slip which will be left on their first delivery attempt. We can also provide you with the tracking number of your shipment which enables you to follow its progress online.
