How are your products delivered?
All our products are sent by standard delivery by courier. Products that are in stock are typically dispatched on the day you order if ordered before 10am, otherwise they are dispatched the next day. If products are out of stock we normally receive new stock every day and it should not take longer than a few days to restock. If needed, we can email you the tracking code so that you can see when to expect delivery.
Our courier takes approx. 1-3 days to deliver the products to you. All our deliveries are insured. Please let us know if there is any damage to the goods upon receipt thereof, i.e. damage caused during transit, and we will arrange for a pickup by the courier and replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
