It is made of polypropylene fibres and will hold up to 3kg of dirt and moisture. The construction of the fibres holds debris firmly in place.

The SKY entrance door mat features a 100% nitrile rubber backing for added safety. It is machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius (no spin cycle). We wanted a mat for the front hall, to catch wet mud etc from pram wheels and muddy feet.

The mat (1200 x 1800) is laid on the existing carpet, and had to be trimmed around the bottom step of the stairs. This was no problem using a stout pair of scissors. We found it moved a bit each time someone walked over it. This was cured by using double-sided tape on the underneath.

Does the job, and looks smart. Would recommend it.
