Very pleased with floor mat, it fits perfectly in my craft room and the floor is fully protected - easy for my swivel chair to travel across the floor from work area to work area with no worries of my hardwood floor being damaged.  Efficient delivery, very easy to lay, removal of backing sheet no problem and no curling edges - perfect.  I would endorse what another reviewer has written that a small removable label to indicate which is the side to face the floor would just finish off what is an excellent product and service.

This is perfect for protecting hard floors. Bought large one to put under desk and another to put between sofa and coffee table where the men in my family always seem to be careless with outdoor shoes, food etc. Hardly detectable in the transparent. Would recommend for any hard wear area.

We needed a floor mat for under our little girl's high chair to protect our new wood floor and that was transparent so the floor could still be seen.  This product does the job perfectly in not just protecting the floor from the chair causing damage but also items that may accidentally or deliberately fall to the floor! Bought this to allow me to use an office chair on the bare floorboards of my rented house after the chair started to gouge furrows in them within seconds of being used. Very pleased with the mat which is almost invisible and works well. Delivery could have been slightly quicker but otherwise no complaints, and the company did respond quickly to my queries.

Very smooth surface for a chair to glide on, doesn't move and I have very little fear about my brand new oak floor getting damaged. I'd advise getting a larger mat than you think you need, my last mat was smaller and I was often slipping off the edge or worried about doing so.

This mat was purchhased for an office type chair on a wooden floor to prevent marking the wood. This it does very well. The mat does not move about and the chair glides over it. As it is translucent it is not very noticeable - all in all a very satisfactory product.

I purchased two clear mats for my office with a wood floor. The mats lie perfectly flat and do not move once down. The material appears to be tough enough to last a lifetime. I wish I had bought them a year ago before the first signs of wear appeared on my floor. Excellent product.

Arrived today excellent, I searched for a good quality mat to go over a newly laid laminate floor and all I could find was poor quality PVC mats available from the big chain office supplies stores. A friend recommended this mat and after reading all the reviews I ordered one. I'm most impressed.

It has a good quality feel to it and should last for years and it was actually cheaper than the pvc mats.

As others have said this is an excellent mat - it doesn't move or curl and is reasonably discreet.  It took less than a week to deliver and the only thing that might improve the excellent service could be a removable label which indicates which side is floor facing (it is not difficult to tell but would save a minutes thinking time!).  MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL - OF THE FOUR SITES I FOUND, FLOORMATS WERE BY FAR THE CHEAPEST.

Product is great on our wooden floor. Blends in well, lies totally flat (no curling edges), doesn't move, chair rolls well, very subtle and hardly noticable. Worth every penny, and less than where I looked elsewhere.

I am using these polycarbonate mats over marble an parquet floors. In both cases they turned out to have avert smooth side facing the floor and providing it with optimum protection. The othe side is non slippery and in one application, it is sitting under the pedestal of a very heavy pretty table. A beautiful match.

We were having our study refitted and wanted to protect the parquet flooring without having to put a rug or similar down. This product is perfect for the job - you can hardly even notice it is there. Customer services were excellent when I rang to ask for help on which way down the mat went.

Worth having to save a hard wood floor; it is reasonably transparent and not too noticeable. The chair slides around on it enough to be comfortable in use and saves reaching over with a slight danger of tipping. There is maybe a little too much backward slip for total comfort as I sit down but holding the desk edge prevents it totally. Yes, I'd recommend it and I would buy another if I ever needed to.

I have been decorating my whole house and after doing the office i wanted something which was going to protect my floor from the chairs and this is spot on.
The mat is really clear you don't really notice it on the floor.
