Good customer service, quick response when querying if order had been despatched. Only negative is that the coir mat sheds a lot but am hoping over time this will decrease. Overall satisfied with purchase.

Arrived within the two week window and customer service was excellent. Item was made to order, of good quality and reasonably priced.

Ordered a 2mx2m 24mm mat to cut out the 2 large sections I needed to fit in mat wells in both the outside porch and inside the door (primary+secondary mats). Worked out that sizes req and got the wider 2m width which proved more economical than an equivalent longer 1m length to slice out what I needed which has allowed enough for a nice large remnant section by the back door = bonus ! It does pay to do the calcs to minimise any wastage.

Delivery was about 2 weeks as indicated and placing the order was all hassle free. Seems they come all the way from Germany. Quality seems top notch and should last well. A breeeze to cut the rubber backing with a sharp stanley knife but does shed a lot of husk debris when doing so, so do outside if possible. Looks smart when installed and any rippling/curling in the mat from delivery dissapears after a few days.

Wish I had got it earlier - 24mm seems ample depth and had a lot of spring, who would need the 30mm ?
